I called Michi's and left a message and received a call back from Amy within 1/2 an hour. I ordered an arrangement for a coworker who's mother in law had passed away. I gave Amy the price that I wanted to spend and left the rest up to her. When my coworker came back to work and showed me a picture of what was sent, I was so amazed. The arrangement was so beautiful and I feel that Amy went above and beyond. My coworker was very pleased! Thank you Amy and I will definitely call Michi's again!

Amy did our wedding flowers and they we're perfect! She is super sweet and paid close attention to detail to ensure that our flowers were exactly what we wanted. She nailed it on the colors and the centerpieces were filled with tons of flowers. Her prices are reasonable as well!

My niece chose Michi's as her florist for her wedding at Eagle Ridge Golf Course in Gilroy (Wedgewood Banquet Center). Amy, the proprietor, did an excellent job. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. Her bouquets of hydrangeas and roses were gorgeous and arranged perfectly. Amy was easy to work with, thorough and had great ideas. She was also price conscious, delivered and setup on time and made the whole floral process seamless.

Michi's is a family owned business and they really care about the customer. Amy does an amazing job and always goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are satisfied. Not sure if they are still growing or not but they use to grow the most amazing cymbidium orchids and roses.

Michi's Floral provided beautiful (and affordable) flower arrangements for our wedding in July. A family friend of ours has used Amy at Michi's Floral for all of her family weddings and events and they did not disappoint! They even delivered our flowers to us in Los Altos the morning of our wedding, all the way from Morgan Hill, without any additional fee. I would definitely use them again!

I used Amy from Michi's Floral last year for my wedding at Clos la Chance Winery. I did not want to go overboard with flowers, but wanted a few tastefully displayed arrangements throughout the patio. I requested calla lilies for my bouquet and for the other groom/men's and ladies in the wedding...simple. Amy and her brilliance brought the arrangements to the next level by incorporating orchids and succulents---simply gorgeous! I still have some of the succulents as a continuing reminder of that special day. Forever grateful to Amy's talents and highly recommend her to anyone seeking a talented florist!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife for her birthday on the website on the day due to be delivered I panicked and called to confirm delivery I got the answering machine so I left a message. Less than an hour later The owner Amy herself called me personally to assure me that she was picking up the roses and to put me at ease that she would be delivering that morning. When my wife received her bouquet of roses delivered personally by the owner Amy my wife was blown away!!!! Amy created a master piece a beautiful bouquet of roses.... I am one happy customer I appreciate great customer service and a awesome product. One loyal customer from this point on. I give nothing but a 110% recommendation.

I do not live in this area and ordered flowers for our son's wedding rehearsal dinner. My order was first emailed and then confirmed by phone. Each communication was responded to quickly. My order was ready at the time requested and was packaged very appealing. It was a real joy working with this florist.
